Today's realization: I'm easy

Yet another showing, yet another close call. Today's appointment (at 10:15) apparently wants the weekend to think over the decision and will then re-visit his top choices at 9:30 on Monday. I think this is the same guy who showed up an hour early the other day, which was quite inconvenient, uncomfortable, and weird. So this guy has looked at the condo twice now and wants a third time. I know it's tough to buy a first place, but really, they're cookie cutter units. Mine just has better carpet and a nicer view-- what's the problem? I appreciate decisiveness. I guess that's why we place bids quickly-- if you see something you like, why hem & haw about it? I don't understand this...
