Update 2

The condo is almost antiseptically (sp?) empty, and I haven't heard a word from the prospective buyer. No showings, nothing. I just hope she doesn't plan on waking me up first thing tomorrow, because I have standards.

Who am I kidding... I'd leave for her. I'd help her move. God, I'm so weak when it comes to property.
