Dark neutral

After 1 day and $400, my condo's living room, kitchen, and hallway are now painted one single, neutral color called Splendid Sand. Or Spectacular Sand or Special Sand or something like that. It looks darker than I normally think of sand being, but hopefully it won't scare away potential buyers who don't see the joy of color in their homes. There's one particular single guy who might be interested now. Tonight and tomorrow, I will paint all other walls in the place white. I'm getting really tired of paying out money to make this place sell. Someone had better buy it soon. I'll have pictures posted Monday...
